Dr Victor Mah

Dr Victor Mah is an experienced academic with over 10 years of teaching and research experience in higher education. He has a proven track record of mentoring learners from widening participation backgrounds who are seeking to access higher education in the UK. 

Dr Mah is a Leadership and Management lecturer at the School of Management at Arden University. He holds a PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK.

He is a Senior Fellow of the AdvanceHE Academy (SFHEA) and a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training (FSET). His interests include Leadership and Change Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Managing Sustainability, Human Resource Management, and Personal & Professional Development.
