Diana Dordea

Diana Dordea is an academic and higher education professional with a robust background in Business Management, Curriculum Design, and Academic Leadership. Currently, she serves as an Academic Course Coordinator and Lecturer in Business and Management at the Elizabeth School of London, where she oversees academic teams across campuses with more than 4,000 students. Her research interests include Managing Sustainability, Leadership, and Management.

Diana has extensive experience in driving and securing strategic educational partnerships with leading UK universities, such as Bath Spa University, St Mary’s University, and Canterbury Christ Church University. She has designed academic content that enhances student satisfaction, retention, and graduate outcomes. Diana holds an International Master in Business Administration (IMBA) and a Master’s in Administration of Tourism and Services. Professionally, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCert HE) from Falmouth University, UK.
