Raru Priscu

Raru Priscu has over three decades of experience as a petrochemical engineer and currently works in the retail fashion industry as a health and safety operator. He is a certified trainer in COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations) and OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment). In his current role, Raru supports interns and apprentices in gaining practical skills in chemical handling and risk management within controlled environments.

In addition to his professional experience, Raru is an entrepreneur with a strong track record in writing and securing business grants. Most recently, he secured a €50,000 grant from the European Union to launch his bottled-water start-up. He is also pursuing a second degree in Business Management from the University of West London in the United Kingdom. Raru is well-equipped to advise clients on transitioning from the pure sciences to social sciences or humanities. He is also part of the team that will mentor you if you are seeking COSHH certification or any other health and safety qualifications.
